• Olives are transformed in our own factory within12 hours since the have been harvested
• Our extra vergin olive oil is cold pressed, unfiltered, naturally decanted
• The entire production chain, from hand-harvesting to packaginig, happens within our factory
• Package happens only when there is a request to ensure fresh products and longer shelf life
